Starting his own management company, Vertical Entertainment, in 1996, McReynolds has worked with such artists as Salvador, Brad Stine (comedian), Sierra, Erin O'Donnell, Tammy Trent, Go Fish, Jill Paquette, Geoff Moore, 38th Parallel and Kim Hill, Joyce Martin, Abide, Britt Nicole, Thor Ramsey, Anita Renfroe and Tammy Maltby.
